These signature cakes are designed for birthdays, family dinners, celebrations with friends, holiday meals, and any occasion where you want to arrive with a dessert that is as beautiful as it is indulgent.
Our collection brings together cakes to share for 6 to 8 people, available to order online and for pickup at the Atelier only. You will find generous and refined creations such as the San Sebastian cheesecake, the maple San Sebastian cheesecake, the pistachio-raspberry cake, and the Rocher Praliné, our dark chocolate and hazelnut praline cake with a crispy feuilletine base. Each cake is created to offer a true dessert moment: creamy textures, light mousses, crispy layers, fruit compotes, praline, and of course lots of very good chocolate.
For cheesecake lovers, our San Sebastian cheesecake offers a caramelized crust and an extra-creamy, soft, velvety center. For those who love fruitier flavors, the pistachio-raspberry cake combines pistachio dacquoise, raspberry confit, and vanilla bavaroise. And for true chocolate lovers, the Rocher Praliné brings together 55% dark chocolate mousse, pure hazelnut praline, hazelnuts, praline buttercream, and crispy feuilletine. One customer describes it as a cake with the “perfect balance of chocolate and hazelnut flavor,” with a base that offers a very satisfying “crunch.”

They are not available for delivery: you can order and pay for them online, then pick them up in person at the Chocolate Atelier, located at 1420 Victoria Avenue, Greenfield Park.
