Our cakes are designed for those moments when dessert matters as much as the meal: birthdays, baby showers, engagements, special dinners, the end of a gathering with friends, or simply a Sunday with loved ones.

  • The San Sebastián cheesecake Caramelized crust, extra creamy heart, melting and velvety. Basque cheesecake just the way we love it.
  • The Maple San Sebastián Our Québec take on the Basque classic, with a touch of local maple. Seasonal only!
  • The Pistachio-Raspberry Cake Pistachio dacquoise, raspberry confit, vanilla bavarian cream. Balanced between tartness and sweetness.
  • The Praline Rocher Milk chocolate mousse, pure hazelnut praline, caramelized hazelnuts, praline buttercream, and crispy feuilletine. Juliette's favorite.
  • The Mango-Coconut Cake Tropical fruits, freshness, lightness. The sunny pastry of the collection.
  • Juliette's Tiramisu Silky mascarpone cream, homemade chocolate biscuits soaked in coffee, smooth coffee cream. Our take on the Italian classic.
  • The Raspberry Cheesecake Upside-down cheesecake: raspberry compote at the bottom, silky cream cheese filling in the middle, crunchy Graham cracker crumble on top.

How to order and pick up your cake

  2. Order and pay online through our shop.
  3. Come pick it up at our Chocolate Atelier according to the timeframe indicated at checkout.

Frequently asked questions

Can your cakes be delivered? No. Our fresh cakes are available exclusively for pickup at our Atelier in Greenfield Park. The freshness of the textures (mousses, crunchy layers, creams) wouldn't survive transport.

How many people does one cake serve? Our large sharing cakes comfortably serve 6 to 8 people, depending on portion size.

How far in advance should I order? Ideally, order 24 to 48 hours in advance. For weekends and peak periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, end-of-year holidays), order earlier if possible.

How long does a cake keep after pickup? Keep the cake in the fridge from pickup, and enjoy it ideally within 24 to 48 hours to make the most of the textures.

What are the Atelier's pickup hours? Our Chocolate Atelier is open every day from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
