When we were kids, all cookies seemed huge. But as we got older, they seemed to become increasingly… SMALLER! You can see why we had to remedy this situation by creating our GIANT cookies. Sounds decadent, right? Just wait until your first bite.

A little background on giant cookies

Growing up has its advantages (getting our driver’s licence, having more freedom, etc.) but it also comes with its disadvantages. The biggest one by far is… the size of cookies. They’re just not big enough! We created our monster cookies so you can experience that childhood joy all over again.

This chocolate bar is made of luxurious and sweet 33% cocoa milk chocolate and a crunchy caramelized cookie.

We start by caramelizing the cookie: we make a liquid, golden caramel in which we dunk our cookies. Then, when the cookies are completely soaked through with caramel, we cook them until the caramel hardens and the cookies become crunchy and brittle. Finally, we pour our milk chocolate around the cookies.

In our tiny child’s hands, cookies were huge! That was part of the fun: holding a warm chocolate chip-packed cookie with both hands and taking a big bite, knowing there was much more cookie to enjoy! Our love for cookies hasn’t changed, but we devour them far too quickly, so… We made giant cookies! Only these monstrous cookies can make the decadent pleasure last.
