Our artisanal fondue is easy to prepare at home – it takes just 20 minutes! Simply boil some water, add the whole fondue pot and wait 20 minutes! Then, gently stir the creamy chocolate and get whisked away by its comforting chocolaty aromas. It’s your fondue – dip anything you like!

This chocolate bar is made of luxurious and sweet 33% cocoa milk chocolate and a crunchy caramelized cookie.

We start by caramelizing the cookie: we make a liquid, golden caramel in which we dunk our cookies. Then, when the cookies are completely soaked through with caramel, we cook them until the caramel hardens and the cookies become crunchy and brittle. Finally, we pour our milk chocolate around the cookies.

This chocolate bar is made from our luscious 33% cocoa milk chocolate, and lots of crunchy chunks of caramelized hazelnuts.

To make this bar, you take shelled hazelnuts (hazelnuts that have had their skins removed), throw them in boiling caramel and make sure they are completely covered and shiny. Then you lay out the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and cook them in the oven to bring out their aroma and darken the caramel. 

Let the hazelnuts cool, then crush them up in little bits, and pour milk chocolate on top. You need lots of hazelnuts so there’s some in every bite.

This 33% cocoa milk chocolate bar is filled with luxurious Speculoos cookie paste.

Speculoos originally comes from Belgium, it’s similar to a gingerbread cookie flavored with cinnamon and cooked until it becomes crunchy. This chocolate bar is filled with a smooth paste made of these cookies. It’s delicious and, at least as far as we’re concerned, impossible to share!

A surprising milk chocolate lollipop with fruity and sweet candies.

These pop lollipops are chocolate sticks filled with gourmet surprises to melt in a large bowl of hot milk. By shaking them in your hot drink, you can make a delicious hot chocolate at home. And if your lollipop has any chocolate left, you can eat it like that as a reward.

They are handmade in our choco laboratory. They're available online and in all our restaurants.

A delicious milk chocolate lollipop with caramelized hazelnut bits.

This lollipop is a stick covered with chocolate and hazelnut bits that you just have to melt in a big bowl of hot milk. As you stir it in your bowl, all the chocolate flavor is released and turns it into delicious hot chocolate. If any chocolate gets stuck to your lollipop, you can eat it just like that.

All our lollipops are available in restaurants and on our online store. They are handcrafted in our chocolate laboratory in Longueuil.

To make a delicious homemade hot chocolate, simply stir it into a large bowl of hot milk. The chocolate and marshmallow will melt gently into your drink. All you have to do is enjoy it comfortably on your sofa.

The Red Velvet bomb contains a mix of cocoa, marshmallows, and the typical flavor of red velvet, to melt into very hot milk for a decadent hot chocolate.

Pour the very hot milk over the bomb, watch it melt and release its contents, then mix well for a rich and flavorful hot chocolate!

An original way to turn a hot chocolate break into a playful moment!

Perfect for gifting (or treating yourself!) a sweet indulgence, this gift box of 9 Belgian chocolate bonbons includes 4 assorted flavors:

• 3 truffles with thin exteriors of crunchy dark chocolate, and an inside of silky, flowing caramel salted with fleur de sel.
• 2 dark chocolate bonbons containing a two-layer filling; a milk chocolate ganache with crème brûlée, and a semi-bitter dark chocolate caramel.
• 2 milk chocolate bonbons containing a two-layer filling with contrasting textures: a milk chocolate and peanut ganache, and a honey caramel.
• 2 molded milk chocolate bonbons decorated with colorful dots enclosing a tangy lemon white chocolate ganache and raspberry compote.

These chocolate confections have a thin layer of crunchy chocolate and flavorful, flowing interiors. They are crafted in our Chocolate Workshop using Belgian chocolate and filled with our homemade caramels and ganaches.

All our bonbons can be stored for 2 months in the refrigerator, and 1 week at room temperature (around a maximum of 20°C).

This fondue is for those with an unabashed sweet tooth! Our sweetest fondue, which instantly transports us to sweet childhood memories. If you love white chocolate wholeheartedly, this is the essential fondue for you.

Our guilty pleasure is dipping waffles in it, but you can let your imagination run wild and dip whatever you like: fruits, brownies, marshmallows. You can use it as a spread, and for the more adventurous, sneak a spoonful when no one's looking!

This artisanally made fondue is very easy to make at home. Just wait a few minutes to taste paradise. To do this, boil some water and immerse the entire fondue pot in it. You only have to wait twenty minutes. To fully enjoy this fondue, remember to gently stir it to release all its creaminess.

To be shared with family, friends, or solo for a sweet moment of indulgence.

We melt for this praline flavor: a delicious blend of cocoa and hazelnuts that will remind you of the creamy taste of our Tartinette (our latest local spread without palm oil)!

You can enjoy it by dipping fresh fruits into it, but anything is possible, let your imagination run wild: chocolate cake, brownies, waffles, marshmallows... Anything you want! For the more indulgent souls, you can also enjoy it spread on fresh bread or with a spoon.

Preparing this fondue is super easy. It only takes a few minutes to access this chocolate paradise. Here's how: boil some water and then immerse the entire fondue pot for 20 minutes. And it's ready! We recommend stirring it to reveal its creaminess.
