Caramel has a very special place in our lives as professional gourmets; it’s one of our most beloved ingredients. We absolutely had to create a spread that was up to our rigorous expectations. This dreamy spread is creamy, smooth, and overflowing with caramel. We even added a dash of
fleur de sel, which creates a delicious balance and tickles your taste buds. This spread is a definite must-have in our collection.
Enjoy it by the spoonful, with fresh bread, for dessert or for breakfast. We even like to add it to our yogurt or fresh fruit for a little extra sweetness!
All of our spreads are handmade in our chocolate laboratory and are gluten-free, so that all gourmets can enjoy them!
A brownie that swallowed up a lava cake! More precisely, a delicious dark chocolate brownie with a soft caramel centre, topped with a toasted campfire-style marshmallow!
To create this brownie, we moved away from the traditional square shape (sacrilegious, we know!). In fact, we had to alter its shape to make room for its gooey caramel heart. The extra-bitter chocolate exterior is just cooked enough to retain the caramel heart, and on top, we’ve dropped a delicate homemade marshmallow.
All our brownies may be kept for 2 months in the fridge.
Gently warm it in the oven or microwave for an even smoother treat, but careful not to over-heat it, otherwise, you’ll break its heart!
All of our brownies are made by hand in our very own chocolate laboratory with recipes developed by us, for you (alright, they’re for us too!). We make them all gluten-free because everyone should be able to enjoy this perfect treat; the classic fudgy, chocolaty brownie!

Ce brownie est de taille correcte. Il sent très bon et sa texture est agréable. Le coeur est vraiment coulant et la guimauve bien moelleuse. Cependant de tous les gourmandises que j'ai pu goûter de chez "Juliette & Chocolat" , c'est celle que j'ai le moins appréciée car le goût est très très sucré...

Crunchy shards of our salted caramel dipped in dark
chocolate, with inclusions of almonds and crushed coffee beans.
To make these brittles we start by making our famous salted
caramel, which we cook extra-long so that when we pour it, it hardens into
beautiful golden sheets. We then pour chocolate over the hardened caramel and
mix into the chocolate roasted almonds and crushed coffee beans.
The result is a delicious combination of hard brittle
caramel, silky dark chocolate, and bitter coffee, for an irresistible snack you
won’t be able to put down!
Picked a bag up at my local Winners where the specialty food/ spice aisle is always well stalked. I noticed this because my guilty pleasure is peanut brittle. This is a must try, then hide it because although it’s decadent beyond what your brain is able to comprehend, you might not want to share.

Of all our brittles, this one is the most original: sweet
and creamy white chocolate around bitter orange zests and crunchy caramel
shards, for a delicious balance.
We let caramel sheets harden then we sprinkle orange zests and
pour Belgian white chocolate over them before breaking them into crunchy brittle
shards.
These brittles make for a delicious snacking treat that’s at
ounce sweet and bitter, crunchy and smooth!

and an almond croissant combined into one decadent treat!
This brownie features a base of soft, chocolatey brownie
made with semi-sweet dark chocolate, topped with a layer of pure butter
croissant filled with almond cream.
This is topped with more almonds and baked together in the
oven. The result: a little dose of happiness that's very, very indulgent, both
rich and airy, with flavors of dark chocolate, frangipane, and toasted almonds!
