Our most popular cake, a dark chocolate and hazelnut praline delight! It features a crispy, crunchy base topped with a dark chocolate mousse made with 55% cocoa, enclosing a pure praline center. The Rocher is beautifully decorated with hazelnuts, praline buttercream rosettes, and dark chocolate shavings.

Parfait équilibre de goût chocolat et noisette sans être trop sucré. Et la mousse chocolatée est excellente au dessus d'une base qui offre un satisfaisant "crunch"! Toute la visite a adoré. La qualité est présente autant dans les ingrédients que dans l'execution artistique de ce gâteau. 👍👍👍
